Returns & Refunds Policy

We are proud to declare that at HUMD, we make every effort to supply the best products & services. All the products delivered are at par and even better than products supplied in the industry.

In case of a regrettable event of receipt of damaged, defective, incorrect, or unusable product by the buyer, check below the mentioned regulations.


  • If you receive a damaged product, or it is not the product you ordered, or the product is unfit for use, you can mail the details of the product/s received, supported with photographs within 48 hours of you receiving the delivery of the product.

  • On receipt of a complaint, we will verify and authenticate the complaint. It should abide with the below conditions:

    • The customized product design does not match the design submitted.

    • The product is not the one selected by you.

    • Products should not be used by you.

  • The complaint will be reviewed by the team and if it seems valid, we will initiate the return process and get the damaged product picked up through our logistics partner.

  • If we are unable to manage a pick up, we will notify you to dispatch the product through courier service, courier charges will be reimbursed upon prior consultation with us, amount not exceeding AED 15 per shipment/order.

  • On receipt of the damaged/defective product, we replace the product with the one as per the specifications submitted by you and deliver it at the earliest.

  • In the event of failing to notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We shall not be responsible to replace the product.

  • In case of bulk orders, if the damage or defect is only on a few items, we will only replace the damaged products and not the total order.

We guarantee that the products supplied by us will be free of defect and malfunctions for 14 days from the date of order delivery, if not we will return the amount paid by you or a part thereof, or we will re-perform the production of the product.


  • Refund will be subjected to the following terms

    • Refund will be initiated if the vendor is unable to fulfill your order

    • If you cancel the order before the product has gone into production. Contact our Customer Support Team.

  • Orders paid for will be refunded within 7 working days to your online account.


  • You can cancel your order before the production process has been initiated.

  • To cancel the order: You have to mail  us with the order number and information. We shall process the cancellation of your order and inform you of the same within 2-3 working days.

Return and refund will not apply in the following situations:

  • If the images or graphics submitted by you are of low quality or resolution, whereby such damage or defect is not established to be inherent

  • Grammatical, spelling, typographic or punctuation errors in the design submitted by you.

  • Uploading of incorrect files.

  • Images/graphics not created in the format mentioned in our specifications

  • Error in choosing product specifications i.e product size, texture and quality

General Policy:

  • We undertake that the goods and services conform to the standard specifications, conditions and controls related to the health and safety of the consumers.

  • In case we discover any defect or danger in the product that would harm the consumer we will immediately recall the same and announce that the product is hazardous.

  • If the product malfunctions more than three times during the first year from the date of consumer receiving the product that affects the quality of the functional performance of the good, we shall replace it at no cost with a new one of the same type and specifications, or recover it and refund its value to the consumer.
